Booking terms & conditions

We want your experience to be smooth, safe, and enjoyable. Please take a moment to review our policies before your tour.

Booking & Payment Policy

  • All tours must be booked in advance.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking via our secure online system.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is complete.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour.
  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour start time.
  • If we cancel the tour (e.g. due to unforeseen circumstances), you’ll receive a full refund or be offered a reschedule.

Late Arrivals & No Shows

  • Please arrive on time. Tours begin promptly and we are unable to wait for latecomers.
  • No refunds will be given for missed tours due to late arrival or no-show.

Dietary Restrictions & Allergies

  • Please inform us of any dietary needs or allergies when booking.
  • While we do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee full customization at every stop.

Safety & Code of Conduct

  • We ask all participants to be respectful toward the guide, fellow guests, and the venues we visit.
  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
