We want your experience to be smooth, safe, and enjoyable. Please take a moment to review our policies before your tour.
Booking & Payment Policy
- All tours must be booked in advance.
- Payment is required at the time of booking via our secure online system.
- A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is complete.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour.
- No refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour start time.
- If we cancel the tour (e.g. due to unforeseen circumstances), you’ll receive a full refund or be offered a reschedule.
Late Arrivals & No Shows
- Please arrive on time. Tours begin promptly and we are unable to wait for latecomers.
- No refunds will be given for missed tours due to late arrival or no-show.
Dietary Restrictions & Allergies
- Please inform us of any dietary needs or allergies when booking.
- While we do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee full customization at every stop.
Safety & Code of Conduct
- We ask all participants to be respectful toward the guide, fellow guests, and the venues we visit.
- Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
