Please take a moment to review our policies before your tour.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Booking &amp; Payment Policy<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>All tours must be booked in advance.<\/li>\n<li>Payment is required at the time of booking via our secure online system.<\/li>\n<li>A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is complete.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Cancellation &amp; Refund Policy<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour.<\/li>\n<li>No refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour start time.<\/li>\n<li>If we cancel the tour (e.g. due to unforeseen circumstances), you\u2019ll receive a full refund or be offered a reschedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Late Arrivals &amp; No Shows<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Please arrive on time.
